2019 Conference Shuttle Transportation
Julian’s Transportation Service will operate four color-coded shuttle loops between the Gaillard Center and each of the conference hotels where we have secured room blocks for our guests . There will also be a loop that runs between the four main venues for conference sessions: the Francis Marion Hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott, the Embassy Suites, and the Gaillard Center.
Vans will be identified by color-coded signs indicating “The Charleston Conference.” Please pick up the van service outside of the hotel at their drop-off, unload, or taxi area. Check with your hotel. Although we cannot guarantee a specific schedule because of city traffic, peak periods of transport, and unexpected events, our goal is to provide service to each hotel as quickly as possible.
