2020 Charleston Conference Speaker Information

Accessibility Guidelines

IMPORTANT: All edits to the program (speakers, session titles/descriptions, etc.) must be finalized by October 2, 2020.

Meeting Room A/V Equipment: Each conference meeting room will be equipped with a laptop, projector, screen, and internet access. Please complete an Equipment Request Form by October 2 if you need any additional A/V support.

Videos: All conference sessions will be recorded this year and made available open access on our website following the conference. Please contact Don Lewis at [email protected] as soon as possible if you do NOT want your session to be posted.

Slides: Please upload your slides through your speaker page on for each session in which you are presenting. You do not have to upload slides prior to the conference, but we do need to receive all final slide decks as soon as possible after your presentation.


  • The Early Bird Registration deadline is September 11. All speakers must register to attend the conference.
  • You will receive an invitation in late August to set up your speaker account at with your picture and biography. Please load a picture and short bio by Friday, October 2. See’s Speaker Tools page for more information.
  • Please submit an Equipment Request for any materials needed in addition those provided by Friday, October 2.

Each session presented at the Conference is strongly encouraged to submit a paper to be published with the Conference Proceedings. Submission guidelines and deadlines are listed below.
