Five Minute Previews of the New and Noteworthy

These sessions are designed to offer publishers and vendors the chance to showcase their newest and most innovative products, platforms, and/or content. The focus will be on new companies, content, or technologies that are not widely known by the general library population and that will be of interest to the Charleston Conference audience. Speakers will be organized in a “lightning round” format and audience members will vote to select their favorites in several “Best of” categories.

2021 Application Form

Submission deadline is Friday, October 15.

Cost: $600 upon acceptance; or
$400 discounted price for all Vendor Showcase and Juried Product Development Forum participants, or companies who are attending the Charleston Conference for the first time;
$200 discounted price for new companies formed within the past 12 months.

These sessions are designed to offer publishers and vendors the chance to showcase their newest and most innovative products, platforms, and/or content.  Speakers will be organized in a “lightning round” format with 10 companies, each allotted 5-minute presentations, back-to-back.  Powerpoints must be turned into our moderator in advance so they may be loaded onto the laptop provided in the ballroom ahead of time.  More information on presentation requirements will be sent upon acceptance of your proposal.
