Advance registration is now closed. On site registration will open on Monday, 26 January, in the Pompadour Room on the 2nd floor of the Royal Orchid Sheraton.
Rates and Deadlines:
- Registration opens July 15
- Early bird rate: July 15 – October 10 Extended to October 24 $225 USD
- Librarian rate: $225 USD
- Regular registration for all non-librarians: October 11- January 9 $300 USD
- Late/on site registration: $375 USD
- Reduced rates and scholarships available for librarians in low to middle income countries as defined by the World Bank.
FSCI Workshops
- $150 - in-person
- $75 - online for the three sessions

What’s included with my registration?
Registration includes:
· Attendance for all conference sessions and events January 26-28 in Bangkok, including innovative keynote presentations, educational and interactive concurrent sessions, poster sessions, lightning round presentations, and sponsored sessions and events;
· Networking opportunities to meet other librarians, scholarly publishers, and vendors;
· Access to the Whova attendee event app for networking and community engagement;
· Full access to the recordings of all conference sessions to watch on demand for 3 months, after which they’ll be made publicly available on our YouTube channel;
· Meals/refreshments include morning and afternoon refreshment breaks; lunches; Welcome Reception (drinks and hors d’oeuvres) on Monday night and a dinner option for Tuesdsay night.
· Conference materials including tote bag, notepad, pen, and more (items depend upon sponsorship support and may differ according to sponsor selection).
Scholarships
Scholarship awards will be of vital importance to include librarians from low-income and underrepresented countries. We’ve asked for support from the publishers and vendors in this area, and will be providing additional details soon.
Cancellation Policy
If you register for the Charleston Conference Asia 2026, but are unable to attend, you have three options for cancellation:
1) Refund: There will be No Refunds after December 24, 2025. A processing fee of $30 applies for all registration refunds.
2) Transfer: You may transfer your registration to someone else at your institution/company. There is no fee to transfer a registration.
