• De Gruyter Brill expands Subscribe to Open program with three new journals in 2027

De Gruyter Brill will expand its Subscribe to Open program (DGB2O) in 2027 with the addition of three new journals, bringing the total number of participating titles expected to transition to open access that year to 126.

The journals joining the program are HTM / Journal of Heat Treatment and Materials, a bilingual forum for heat treatment, materials technology, and process engineering; Radiochimica Acta, an international journal covering chemical aspects of nuclear science and technology; and Historische Anthropologie, a German‑language journal focused on transdisciplinary research at the intersection of history, culture, and social practice. ...
