Music Library Association, ALA Partner for Training Events, Issue Call for Proposals

“For the past 5 years, ALA Learning has partnered with the Music Library Association to create practical, accessible training events that bring the skills and knowledge of music librarians to a wider audience. MLA is currently seeking proposals from librarians from all library types and all professional backgrounds who are interested in sharing their skills working with music materials, music collections and any other area relevant to music librarianship.
“You do not need to be a member of ALA or MLA to submit a proposal.
“If you or someone you know would like to teach a webinar on one of these topics, please e-mail MLA contact Brendan Higgins at bhiggins@berklee.edu. Teachers of webinars do receive an honorarium for their work.
