Its index is free to African institutions. Training staff of African universities in how to digitize is in progress.

Jessica Clemons, Technology from Sage (TALIS) provides easy and affordable access to academic libraries with affordable reading lists and manages course reading lists accessible from library holdings. Faculty members can set importance for materials. Librarians can customize lists of resources marked as essential reading for students. Students are connected directly to library holdings or freely accessible resources. There are more than 40 tutorials using  Jupyter Notebooks. A Key Word in Context (KWIC) visualization to explore key words and word frequencies in data sets will soon be introduced . Benefits: works across higher education systems and helps stakeholders.

Amy Kirchoff, Manager, Constellate at JSTOR incorporates text analysis into curricula which helps institutions.
