Citing an American Chemical Society press release, Library Technology Guides reports that “the Publications Division of the American Chemical Society has announced that “it is sponsoring open access publication for corresponding authors at qualifying primarily undergraduate institutions. The program is available to any PUI that doesn’t offer graduate degrees in the sciences and that subscribes to the journal section of the ACS All Publications Package. …”
