According to ARL News “The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) is seeking applications for the 2022–2023 Leadership and Career Development Program (LCDP). The ARL LCDP is a yearlong fellowship that aims to prepare mid-career librarians from historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups to take on leadership roles in their careers and in the profession at large…”


Publishers Weekly reports that “In a filing last week, lawyers for the Internet Archive told a federal judge that the plaintiff publishers and the Association of American Publishers are refusing to properly comply with discovery requests in their closely-watched lawsuit over the scanning and lending of print library books, and is asking the court to intervene…”
