We know you’re wondering… YES! We’re still planning a hybrid event with in-person and virtual attendance options.
Due to updated safety protocols from the Gaillard Center following CDC guidelines, the Charleston Conference will require in-person attendees to provide proof of full vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours. The FAQ page on our website has been updated with details on what type of proof is required, and what kinds of COVID-19 test results are acceptable.

Remember that the Early Bird registration deadline for in-person attendance is coming up on September 10 – register today!
In-Person Registration: Includes in-person attendance in Charleston as well as full access to our virtual conference platform.
- $475 Early Bird (through September 10)
- $600 Regular (September 11 – October 8)
- $800 Late (October 9 – October 23)
Virtual Registration: Includes online access to our virtual conference platform.
- $325 Individual Rate – No registration deadlines apply, open through the week of the conference.
- $615 Group Rate – Available for up to 5 participants from the same library/institution/company simultaneously.
