Galter Health Sciences Library at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a Research Impact Specialist to support and expand the services of the Metrics and Impact Core. The core assists individuals and groups in their understanding, assessment, visualization, and reporting of impactful outcomes of research and clinical care efforts across the enterprise. The core provides extensive advisory services for researchers, groups, or departments and centers on topics such as: developing successful publishing and dissemination strategies, managing or tracking publications, maintaining an impactful online identity, measuring or assessing research impact by discipline, and communicating research impact to diverse audiences. This position is expected to be a significant contributor to campus-wide evaluation and assessment activities as well as to priority areas of the Library’s Research and Information Services Department.

The Acquisitions and Electronic Resources Librarian coordinates the acquisition, activation, maintenance, and usage analysis of resources for the Galter Health Sciences Library.
Galter Health Sciences Library seeks an innovative, outgoing, and energetic professional to support the recently awarded CTSA Program Center for Data to Health Coordinating Center (CD2H). Working collaboratively with all 9 CD2H funded sites, as well as with the larger CTSA Program community (including researchers, IT teams, data professionals, students, libraries, and more), this full-time, non-tenured faculty librarian will lead and advance community building activities, facilitate a rich social coding environment to support project priorities and deliverables, and contribute to robust data- and informatics-oriented practices and projects. This position is a full-time, non-tenured faculty librarian and will participate in secondary assignments based on qualifications, interests, and need.
