Martin Keen, a designer and product innovator, joins the Board as an independent director. Independent Director Cheri A. Warren has been elected Chairman of the Board of IEEE GlobalSpec, Inc. Since 2015, Warren has served as the Innovation Strategist for utility company National Grid. Over her tenure, she has held multiple leadership roles at National Grid, including senior vice president-Network Strategy for Gas and Electric, vice president of Electric Network Strategy, and vice president of Smart Grid. Within the company, she led a transformation of the sector from 19th-century design to one that can anticipate 21st century needs and created cutting-edge approaches to solving engineering and customer issues.”
