Philosophy: Try to cause as little damage as possible to everyone and everything.

Most Memorable Career Achievement: Promotion to Associate Professor.

Goal I Hope to Achieve Five Years from Now: Retire!

How/Where Do I See the Industry in Five Years: I think we will see the dust settle a little; some things will still need to be in print.  But there will also be more and more powerful ways to capture and use information.
