I am still searching for another copy of this book. Thought I would try you again. There was only 1 printing of this book. We are not sure how many copies were printed. We told by family members that it was either 150 copies or 250 copies. There in lies my problem, there aren’t may copies out there to find in the first place. I appreciate your time and efforts.
